The Maine Savvy Caregiver Project 12-hour training program for family caregivers of people with dementia is planned for the following locations and dates:

* Farmington: Franklin Memorial Hospital, 111 Franklin Health Commons, noon-2 p.m. Aug. 9, 16, 23, 30, Sept. 13 and 20.

* Lewiston: St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion, 102 Campus Ave., 5-7 p.m., Aug. 9, 16, 23, 30, Sept. 13 and 20.

* Belfast: Harbor Hill, 2 Footbridge Road, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Aug. 10, 17, 24, 31, Sept. 14 and 21.

* Bar Harbor: Birch Bay Retirement Village, 25 Village Inn Road, Aug. 11, 18, 25, Sept. 1, 15 and 22, 10 a.m.-noon.

* Lewiston: SeniorsPlus Education Center, 8 Falcon Road, 2 p.m.-4 p.m., Aug. 15, 22, 29, Sept. 12, 19 and 26.
