LEXINGTON — A relay to support cancer research is planned on Saturday, Aug. 27, sponsored by the Lexington/Highland Historical Society. Registration will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the History House site. The relay will begin at 10 a.m. and involve walkers, runners, bicycles, wagons, and old and new vehicles.
Participants are asked to take a sponsor sheet and donations to the registration in memory of Linda Taylor, a devoted member of the society. For more information. call 465-8238.
