WATERVILLE — A one-day conference, “Chemicals, Obesity and Diabetes: How Science Leads Us to Action,” will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at Colby College’s Diamond Building.
The Goldfarb Center and the Environmental Health Strategy Center are co-sponsoring the conference to present the links between human exposure to environmental chemicals and the development of obesity and diabetes. Leading scientists and policy experts will be speaking.
