TEMPLE — Koviashuvik Local Living School will hold a winter preparations open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Attendees can learn about bean threshing, acorn processing, root cellar storage, solar food dehydration and more at the free event. Tours of the school are set for 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
