OAKLAND — Marina West scored the game-winning goal with six minutes left as the Mt. Blue High School girls soccer team rallied to beat Messalonskee 3-2 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Friday.

Rachel Karno had an assist on the game winner, making a through pass to West. Mackenzie Conlogue scored from Zyrah Giustra earlier in the second half to tie the game for Mt. Blue (5-5-1). Conlogue also scored in the first half with an assist from West.

Sara Grenier scored both goals for Messalonskee (2-9-0). Allison Fischang and Lindi Forsley each had an assist, while Shawna Oliver made 12 saves.

Madison 6, Boothbay 2: Sam McLaughlin scored two goals and added an assist to lead the host Bulldogs to the MVC win. Kirsten Wood, Melissa White, Cristie Vicneire and Nathalie Michaud also scored for Madison while Abby McLellan scored twice for Boothbay.

Savanna Kandiko and wood combined for five saves for Madison (10-1-0) while Mikayla McFetridge made 16 stops for Boothbay (3-8-0).

Maranacook 3, Mt. View 0: Hannah Clough scored twice to lead the Black Bears to the KVAC B win in Thorndike. Sage Hyland also scored for Maranacook. Elizabeth D’Angelo made four saves.

Amanda Larrabee stopped nine shots for Mt. View.

Winthrop 2, Carrabec 1: Senior forward Corena Richards’ goal snapped a 1-1 tie and lifted the Ramblers to their first victory of the season in North Anson.

Leah Poirier’s unassisted goal had given the Cobras (0-12-0) a lead after a scoreless first half, but Lauren Selwood tied the game off of an assist from Amber Pritchard for the Ramblers (1-11-0). Danielle Pease made seven saves for Winthrop, while Olivia Tsoupreke also had an assist.

For Carrabec, Sara Larlee made 11 saves.
