VASSALBORO — The Vassalboro United Methodist Church is currently distributing its sixth annual free community calendar listing the birth dates, anniversaries and memorials of town residents.
The church distributes approximately 2,000 calendars. Each Vassalboro household receives one free calendar and additional calendars are available for a donation.
Names listed in the 2012 calendar will be carried over onto the 2013 calendar. New listings of birthdays, anniversaries or memoriams should include the name and date and must be received by July 1, 2012.
The calendar is produced with the help of local businesses who purchase advertising. For more information, write to the church at 614 Main St., Vassalboro, 04989, or call Eileen Ronco at 873-3595.
