LEWISTON — Police say a man was shot in Lewiston over the weekend but few other details have been released.
Police say a man was shot in the downtown area at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, but did not release an exact address.
The victim was taken to Central Maine Medical Center, but officers say his injuries are not considered life threatening. His name was not released.
No information on possible suspects was named and the shooting remains under in investigation.
