Arrests
IN ANSON, Wednesday at 1:17 a.m., Eric Lane Spooner, 36, of Anson, arrested on a charge of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.

IN EMBDEN, Tuesday at 6:21 p.m., Paul Robert Caplin, 33, of Embden, arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

6:58 p.m., Joseph Michael Jenks, 62, of Plymouth, Mass., arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
