AUGUSTA –Robert E. Burt, 38, of Waterville, was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday after pleading guilty previously to a number of charges in Kennebec County Superior Court.

Burt was also fined $1,950 and ordered to pay restitution of $10.50.

The sentences were for assault on March 29; theft by unauthorized taking and violation of condition of release June 15; and operating after revocation, theft by receiving stolen property, and violating conditions of release Sept. 25, all in Waterville.

Several other people were sentenced recently in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Isaac C. Landreth, 28, of Augusta, forgery May 20 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

• Michael S. Lund, 20, of Richmond, assault Feb. 26 in Randolph; 364-day jail sentence with all but 30 days suspended, one year administrative release, $300 fine.

• Brandon M. Toner, 18, of Benton, two counts of assault May 4 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence with all but six months suspended; one year probation; a consecutive 364-day all-suspended sentence, one year administrative release.

• Melissa Winchenbach, 29, of Waterville, four counts of theft by receiving stolen property, two counts each of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, and burglary of a motor vehicle and one count of criminal mischief, all between Nov. 24, 2010, and Aug. 25, 2011, in Waterville and Oakland; four-year jail sentence with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, $2,426 restitution.
