On page A1 of Saturday’s Kennebec Journal, a story about ethics officials’ request that Maine’s attorney general investigate the alleged misuse of campaign funds by Rep. David R. Burns, R-Alfred, mistakenly included a photograph of Rep. David C. Burns, R-Whiting.
It was a copy editor’s error.
Rep. David C. Burns is co-chairman of the Legislature’s Government Oversight Committee and a member of the Criminal Justice Committee. He is not involved in the campaign funds controversy.
