AUGUSTA — The following is a list of cases closed between Nov. 24 and Nov. 30, 2011, in Augusta District Court.
Joseph Dorval, 28, of Oakland, operating under the influence Aug. 10, in China; $500 fine, seven-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.
Dana B. Kitchin, 32, of Waterville, violating protective order Aug. 17, in Augusta; eight-month jail sentence.
Jason T. Young, 38, of St. Albans, operating after license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release, both Aug. 15, and failure to appear after bailed Oct. 11, all in Augusta; $250 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.
