LIVERMORE FALLS — Nathan Shink scored 18 points to lead Spruce Mountain to a 64-45 victory over Hall-Dale in Mountain Valley Conference boys basketball action Thursday night.
James Barker added 13 points for Spruce Mountain (6-0) while Jacob Bessey had 10.
Hall-Dale (4-2) was led by Sam Shepherd with 14 points and Zack Plummer with nine.
Mountain Valley 56, Winthrop 9: Ayla Allen scored 15 points to lead the Falcons to the MVC win in Rumford. Mikayla White added 11 points for Mountain Valley (5-1). Shauna Carlson scored four points for Winthrop (0-4).
