SKOWHEGAN — Amanda Johnson made a free throw with no time left on the clock to give the Skowhegan Area High School girls basketball team a 48-47 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A win over Erskine Academy on Friday night.

The Indians (7-1), who won their fifth game by two points or less, trailed 34-28 heading into the fourth quarter before rallying for the victory.

Johnson finished with a game-high 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. AJ Martineau contributed seven points and 10 rebounds for Skowhegan.

Meryl Bond scored 16 points for Erskine Academy (1-7).

Rangeley 54, Greenville 31: Taylor Esty had 14 points and 15 rebounds to lead Rangeley to the East-West Conference win in Greenville.

Jenney Abbott added nine points and 11 rebounds for Rangeley (7-1) while Chantal Carrier had 16 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Miranda Drinkwater had 14 points for Greenville (3-4).

Richmond 57, Forest Hills 29
: Jamie Plummer had 18 points, nine rebounds, four assists and five blocked shots as the Bobcats earned their seventh win of the season, in Richmond.

Alyssa Pearson added 12 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots for Richmond (7-0).
Jocelyn Hoyt had 10 points for Forest Hills (6-2).

Camden Hills 66, Winslow 57: Jordan Knowlton scored a game-high 28 points and Taylor Pottle added 17 to lead the Windjammers to the KVAC B victory.

Megan Legage added 13 for Camden Hills (8-0).

Mariah Chenard led Winslow (3-5) with 22 points, including six 3-pointers. Elizabeth Ferry added 12 points.

Valley 24, Islesboro 21: Sydney Vincent had nine points and seven rebounds to lead the Cavaliers to the East-West Conference win in Bingham.

Teagan Lawyerson added six points for Valley (2-5).

Allana Govoni scored six points for Islesboro (2-6).

Oxford Hills 50, Lawrence 35: Amy Eastman scored 15 points to lead the Vikings to the KVAC A win in Fairfield. Angela West chipped in with nine points for Oxford Hills (4-4).

Danielle Spaulding scored nine points to lead Lawrence (1-7).

Medomak Valley 42, Waterville 36: Alana Vose had 19 points and the Panthers (6-2) recovered from a slow first quarter against the Purple Panthers (3-5) at Waldoboro.

Vose also had eight assists, Mallory Conary added nine points and Amanda Hendrickson-Belloguet finished with eight points and nine rebounds.

After scoring just four points in the first quarter, Medomak outscored Waterville 25-17 over the middle quarters.

Ashleigh Gagne had 13 points and Lauren Crane added 12 points for Waterville.

Oak Hill 48, Mt. View 39:
Darby Beaulieu scored 18 points and Sadie Goulet added 10 to lead the Raiders in Wales. Kayla Veilleux chipped in with six points for Oak Hill (2-7).

Anna Piotti scored 15 points and Kelsey Higgins added nine for the Mustangs (0-7).
