SKOWHEGAN — Assistant District Attorney Neal McClean said Robert Salley, 29, of Winslow, was arrested on Jan. 10 on charges of violation of a protection order and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim.
However, the district attorney’s office has declined to bring the tampering charge. Salley, therefore, now faces only the one charge of violating a protective order.

Arrests
IN CANAAN, Sunday at 12:09 a.m., Jaylin K. Marcoux, 27, of Clinton, arrested on charges of attaching false plates and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
1:18 a.m., Nathan W. Bernardini, 32, of Clinton, arrested on three charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
IN SKOWHEGAN, Sunday at 2:30 a.m., Ernest G. McIntosh, 21, of Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
3:20 a.m., Richard Fred Walls, 25, of Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
