CHINA — Selectmen are scheduled to talk with resident Kyle Pierce about revitalizing the town’s economic and community development efforts at Monday’s meeting, after they finish the warrant for the March 24 town meeting.

Warrant articles listed on the agenda as needing final action include funding requests for out of town social services agencies, which a subcommittee of selectmen and Budget Committee members has reviewed; a separate appropriation request from The Town Line, the weekly newspaper, published in South China; funding for the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee; an amendment to the town’s solid waste ordinance; and a maintenance agreement for the lights at the town ball fields on Lakeview Drive.

Selectmen meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Town Office meeting room.
