CHINA — The class of 2012 at Erskine Academy will host the third annual Fly Like an Eagle 5k race/walk Saturday, April 7, (rain date April 28). The race will begin at Erskine Academy and proceed to Kidder Road and back to Arnold Road.
The race will begin at 9 a.m. and will feature snacks for participants and awards for race winners.
The non-refundable registration fee is $15 for adults, $8 for Erskine students, and $10 for other students if registered by March 30 (T-shirt included). Registrations received after that date, or on race day, will cost $20. Registration forms are available at edline.net/pages/Erskine_Academy/News. The class of 2012 also seeks business sponsorships to help defray race costs. Business sponsors will be featured on the official race T-shirt. Interested sponsors should call Betsy Benner at 445-2964 or email bbenner@erskineacademy.org by March 23.
