At 7:27 a.m., Mathew Enman, 22, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant out of Vermont. Enman also was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

9:13 a.m., Matthew Rose, 33, of West Bath, was arrested on a warrant out of Bath Superior Court.
