At 3:55 p.m., Willard Whitmore, 51, of Augusta, was arrested on Jefferson Street and charged with terrorizing, violation of probation, and on a warrant.
6:30 p.m., Frank J. Stenta, 53, of Plantsville, Conn., was arrested at Shaws Supermarket on Western Avenue and charged with theft.
