Timothy J. Ezell, 19, of Clinton, assault Sept. 12, 2011, in Augusta; $300 fine, 30-day jail sentence.
David P. Garceau, 43, of China Village, failure to appear in court on criminal summons April 21, 2010, in Augusta, and negotiating a worthless instrument Nov. 19, 2009, in Windsor; $175 in fines.

Dylan A. Hanscom, 25, of Mattawamkeag, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 7, 2012, in Augusta; $250 fine.
Norman Lambert, 41, no town of residence listed, assault Aug. 17, 1999, in Augusta; five-day jail sentence, $12,088 restitution.

Terri L. Parker, 51, of Millinocket, allowing dog to be at large Dec. 20, 2011, in Augusta; $50 fine.
Kenneth Raymond Prehn, 27, of Fayette, assault, possessing firearm in liquor licensed establishment and criminal threatening, all Dec. 4, 2011, in Hallowell; $500 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.
Anthony Tercyak, 18, of Randolph, minor consuming liquor Dec. 16, 2011, in Gardiner; $200 fine.
Jason P. Valera, 40, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 29, 2011, in Gardiner; $500 fine.
