WINTHROP — Carolyn Morang was recently recognized as Resident Spotlight for January at Heritage Rehabilitation and Living Center.

Born in North Livermore, she married Ernest Morang and raised two children. Morang worked 17 years in a clothing factory, starting out as a presser and working her way up to become an inspector for the factory. She later worked in the kitchen at an Augusta hospital.

Over the years, she has enjoyed gardening, traveling, snowmobiling and being at camp in Moxie Falls. Her hobbies have included dancing, needlework and roller skating.
