MADISON — Gov. Paul LePage is meeting with business and community leaders in Somerset County for his 12th Capitol for a Day event.

The governor today is visiting CM Almy in Pittsfield, Tasman Leather Group in Hartland, Maine Wood Pellet Co. in Athens, Madison Paper Industries in Madison and the Family Violence Project, Heritage House and State Farm Insurance in Skowhegan.

The day ends with a town hall-style meeting from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Madison Junior High School, where LePage and members of his Cabinet will meet with citizens from Madison and surrounding towns.

The governor has been visiting a different county each month since launching the Capitol for a Day program early last year.
