ALBION — Sebasticook Regional Land Trust will celebrate Maine Great Outdoor Weekend from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at Rolfson’s Sugar Shack, 301 Barnes Road.
Visitors can learn how to identify the right trees to tap and how to haul sap to the sugar house to be boiled down into syrup. Explore the trail systems through the maple grove and field to discover history and wildlife on this 1800s farmstead.
Participants should bring snowshoes or walking shoes. The vent is open to all ages.
