Gov. Paul LePage claims he is trying his best to cut all expenses that aren’t necessary.
So, I was wondering what genius came up with the bright idea to pass out new cell phones and free minutes to everyone who is on MaineCare, SSI and food stamps?
Now who do you suppose is going to pay for this?
Are cell phones really a necessity for everyone? I don’t have one, and I get along just fine.
