IN OAKLAND, Sunday at 11:29 a.m., Amanda J. McManus, 33, of 40 Tobey Road, Canaan, was summoned on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and violating condition of release.

5:33 p.m., Mitchel Byers, 18, of 131 Old Ohio St., Kenduskeag, was summoned on charges of failure to register a vehicle and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.
