HALLOWELL — Seth Hasty and Rosalea Kimball won the men’s and women’s titles at the Old Hallowell Day 5K on Saturday morning.
Hasty finished in a time of 17 minutes, 17 seconds to edge Joe Viselli, who finished second in 17:35. Joshua Ringer was third in 17:44.
