FARMINGTON — The Franklin Memorial Hospital’s finance department recently announced accountant Natasha Erb, FHFMA, CPA, became a Fellow from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Erb is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the HFMA. She also serves as a board member of the Maine Chapter of HFMA, and is a board member and treasurer of the Franklin County Children’s Task Force.

As accounting manager, Erb will oversee budgeting and financial reporting. She is a native of Russia and graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington. Erb has been employed at Franklin Memorial Hospital for five years and resides in Farmington.

To become a Fellow one must be a certified healthcare financial professional, be an HFMA member for at least five years; complete a bachelors degree or 120 semester hours from an accredited college or university; and volunteer in HFMA or the industry.
