FAYETTE — The Fayette School and Home Association will sponsor a Back to School Shop N’ Swap from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 11 at Fayette Central School.
Free school supplies such as pencils, pens and notebooks, will be distributed. The Fayette Baptist Church Hope Chest will host a children’s clothing swap in newborn to junior sizes. The cost is 10 cents per item or participants may bring an item to swap.
This event is for Fayette residents only. Donations of clothing, school supplies and gently used backpacks can be dropped off at the Underwood Memorial Library or the Fayette Town Office during regular business hours until Aug. 9. For more information, call Jennifer at 685-4172.
