AUGUSTA — The University of Maine at Augusta Senior College recently announced that the Fall Curriculum Guide for the new semester is being sent out.

Topics include films, computers, Spanish, Dante, finance, football, art, poetry, healthy living, science, the Granite Hill Series and much more. Classes will run from six to eight weeks and are usually two hours in length.

No tests, grades or prerequisites. There will be a coffee hour between morning and afternoon classes in the Fireside Lounge Friday, Sept. 7. Registration begins Monday, Aug. 13, and note that the Senior College Office has moved to the campus center near the farmhouse.

All usual volunteers and staffers will be there. Senior College is open to all persons age 50 or older, their partners or spouses.
