WATERVILLE — Maine Oxy recently announced the Maine Oxy Supports the Troops program, which allows employees, community members and local businesses to make large care package donations to members of the military on active duty in war zones, according to a news release.

With 13 corporate donation sites across New England, Maine Oxy, a propane and welding supply company, hopes area communities will help reach the goal to send out 50 care packages per month.

To host a drop box, businesses may call 800-377-9433 or send an email to ausalesteam@maineoxy.com. Donations to help pay for shipping costs are also welcome.
