A 2006 Honda Pilot being driven north on Benner Road by James D. Milius, 26, of Lebanon, N.H., went off the road and crashed into a ditch. Police say Milius was driving too fast as he rounded a corner. Milius was charged with operating without a license on Benner Road.

Police responded to a theft complaint at Goggins IGA on Water Street. A 28-year-old woman reportedly left the store without paying for “a few items” and fled in a vehicle, nearly running over a store employee in the process. A warrant for her arrest has been issued charging her with theft, driving to endanger and operating after suspension.
Police were called to Goggins IGA on a Water Street after a 21-year-old man reportedly ordered a pasta salad and ate the food before hiding the empty container. Police confronted the man, who picked up the empty container and paid for the food. Police issued the man a trespass notice, meaning the man could face criminal charges if he returns to the store.

At 4:26 p.m., Jeffrey Geaghan, 40, of Richmond, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and operating after suspension during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ferry and River Roads.

At 1:17 a.m., Jody Mills, 52, of Wiscasset, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating beyond license restrictions and violating probation.
10:18 p.m., John Wing, 42, of Topsham, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, endangering the welfare of a minor and operating beyond license restriction.
