Six sentenced in Kennebec County

AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced Tuesday and Wednesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court.

* Stanley Cole, 63, of Vassalboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 16, 2011, in Vassalboro; 364-day jail sentence, with all but 30 days suspended, one-year administrative release.

* Heath Aaron Dupont, 39, of Augusta, criminal mischief July 6 in Augusta; 45-day jail sentence concurrent to another sentence, $200 restitution.

* Brandy L. Grover, 35, of Waterville; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon Jan. 31 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, with all but two days suspended, one-year administrative release.

* Gregory R. Hallee, 61, of Farmingdale, illegal possession of a firearm Jan. 25 in Farmingdale; $1,000 fine.

* Alyssa Shupe, 18, of Easton, Pa., unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; theft by unauthorized taking and criminal forfeiture of $523, all July 9, in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine.

* Andrew Reed Wiggins, 27, of Old Orchard Beach, operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence April 12 in Waterville; four-month jail sentence, $1,700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

Assault crisis centermoves in Winthrop

WINTHROP — Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center has moved its administrative offices to the Winthrop Commerce Center, 149 Main St. The office is on the fourth floor and also features artwork created by survivors of sexual violence. The center provides services to victims of sexual assault in Kennebec and Somerset counties.
