At 10:37 a.m., William Lee Austin, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear and violating conditions of release at the Kennebec County jail on State Street.

5:59 p.m., Gladys A. Fowler, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a shoplifting complaint at Hannaford on Cony Street. Fowler also was charged with theft and violating conditions of release.

10:23 p.m., Fiona Young, 31, of Farmingdale, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct at Glenridge Gardens apartments on Glenridge Drive.
