AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings held in Kennebec County Superior Court:

* Zeke Matthew Ames, 22, of Benton, failing to report to jail April 23 in Augusta; 16-month jail sentence concurrent to a four-year probation revocation.

* Mona Marie Carpenter, 43, of Clinton, operating under the influence March 9 in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence, all but four days suspended (to be served in the alternative sentencing program), one year administrative release, 90-day license suspension, $750 fine.

* Erica Casoria, 32, of Augusta, operating after habitual offender revocation Jan. 12 in Windsor; 30-day jail sentence, $500 fine.

* Bruce A. Cook, 58, of Winslow, false registration of deer Nov. 3, 2011, in China; $300 fine.

* Timothy A. Cook, 37, of South China; possessing unregistered deer and driving deer Nov. 19, 2011, in China; $2,000 fine.

* Donald W. Gagne, 53, of Augusta; operating under the influence May 26 in Farmingdale; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Robert J. Hill, 20 of Monmouth, criminal trespass July 3 in Monmouth; $500 fine.

* Jason A. Michaud, 45, of Waterville criminal mischief June 6, 2011, in Waterville; $200 fine, up to $200 restitution.

* Felicia Marie O’Donnell, 25, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked April 16 in Sidney; seven-day jail sentence, $500 fine.

* Daniel B. Pellerin, 49, of Leeds, operating under the influence April 3 in Monmouth; 72-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Billy Joe Perry, 39, of Augusta and Orlando, Fla., two counts of assault March 1, 2003, and failure to appear after being bailed March 6, 2012 , in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 18 months suspended, four years’ probation; six counts of unlawful sexual contact and four counts of gross sexual assault dismissed.

* James M. Reid, 28, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest June 19 in Augusta; one year jail sentence, $400 fine.

* Shawn R. Robbins, 23, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, fighting May 12 in Augusta; $200 fine.

* Chelsea M. Smith, 20, of Sidney, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor March 22 in Waterville; $400 fine.

* Michael D. Solomon, 62, of Augusta, two counts of operating under the influence, one March 28 in Sidney and one Aug. 13 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended (to be served in the alternative sentencing program)?ne year administrative release, $1,000 in fines, 90-day license suspension on each count.
