WATERVILLE — Lawrence rallied for three second half goals in playing Waterville to a 3-3 double-overtime tie in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B girls soccer action Tuesday.

The Purple Panthers took a 3-0 first half lead on goals from Kellie Bolduc, Lydia Roy and Amy Samson. Bolduc and  Samson also registered assists. Lawrence rallied on a pair of goals from Faith Forsythe on direct kicks before tying the game on Lindsey Morris’ score with Forsythe assisting.

Forsythe had a chance to win the game on a penalty kick in the first overtime but the shot was stopped by Waterville goalie Gabbi Martin.

“It was definitely a team effort that got us (the tie),” Lawrence coach Michael Hinckley-Gordon said. “It was quite a conference game.”

Martin made 11 saves for Waterville while Paige Belanger had nine for Lawrence. Both teams are 1-2-1.

Erskine 2, Messalonskee 0: Jade Canak had a goal and an assist to lead Erskine to the KVAC A win in Oakland.

Kelly McCormac added the other goal for Erskine (2-2-0). Paige Leary stopped nine shots.

Shawna Oliver made 10 saves for Messalonskee (0-4-0).

Maranacook 4, MCI 1: Freshman Lindsey Perkins scored a hat trick to lead the Black Bears to the KVAC B win.

All Perkins’ goals were unassisted. Sidney Gilbert also scored for Maranacook (2-1-0). Elizabeth D’Angelo made 11 saves.

Ashley Alton scored off an assist from Brianna Lousee for MCI (1-3-0). Reanna Lawn made 27 saves.

Medomak 2, Nokomis 1, 2OT: Maria Ennamorati scored on a breakaway in the second overtime to lead the Panthers to the KVAC Class B win in Newport. Jessica Prescott added an unassisted goal for the Panthers while Lacey Kent-Webber scored for Nokomis assisted by Kelsie Richards. Amanda Hendrickson-Belloquet made 25 saves for Medomak (2-1-0) while Becky Orcutt had nine stops for Nokomis (3-1-0).

Mt. Blue 9, Skowhegan 1: Mackenzie Conlogue, Miranda Nicley and Makenzie Thompson had two goals each for the Cougars in their KVAC Class A win in Skowhegan. Kristen Brown, Savannah Swain and Kiana Thompson added goals for Mt. Blue while Kaitlyn Therriault scored for Skowhegan. Gabby Foy and Thia Bridges combined for four saves for Mt. Blue (3-0-0) while Andrea Quirion made 22 and Shawna Quimby four for Skowhegan (1-3-0).

Boys soccer

Maranacook 5, MCI 1: Alex Tooth scored two goals to lead the Black Bears to the KVAC B win in Pittsfield. Alec Daigle added a goal and an assist for Maranacook (2-0-0). Tyler Lang also scored.
Cameron Michaud scored off an assist from Will Cu for MCI (1-2-1).

Winslow 5, Oceanside 1: Gabe Smith scored three goals to lead the host Black Raiders to the KVAC Class B win. Smith scored his hat trick in the first half with assists going to Logan Vashon, Evan Clark and Taylor Roy, who tacked on a goal with 19 seconds left in the period.

Clark scored an unassisted goal in the second half before Oceanside’s Christian Straka scored to break the shutout. Alex Berard made four saves for Winslow (3-0-1) while Phil Atwood had four for Oceanside (1-3-0).

Erskine 1, Messalonskee 1: Kevin McCarthy scored an unassisted goal with 24 minutes left to give Messalonskee the 1-1 tie in a KVAC Class A game in South China. Tyler Adams scored an unasisted goal for Erskine earlier in the seocnd half. Jonah webb made nine saves for Messalonskee while Jared Gartley had five stops for Erskine. Both teams are 2-1-1.

Camden Hills 3, Mt. View 2: Peter Vannorsdall scored two goals to lead the Windjammers to the KVAC Class B win in Thorndike. Alexander Blackwell added a gaol for the winners while Lorenzo Milani scored both goals for Mt. View, one assisted by James Philbrick. Marshall Spear made seven saves for Camden Hills (3-0-0) while Mikey Hustus had nine for Mt. View (3-1-0).

Mt. Abram 4, Carrabec-Madison 1: Trevor Brackley scored two goals to lead the Roadrunners to the MVC win. Calum Dixon and Jay Chenard added goals for Mt. Abram while Ethan Boyd and Dixon contributed assists. Nicholas Sansone scored for Carrabec-Madison. Tristen Dyer made four saves for Mt. Abram (2-3-0) while Trent Richardosn made 12 for Carrabec Madison (0-4-0).

Mt. Blue 5, Skowhegan 0: Drew Parsons scored three goals to lead the Cougars to the KVAC Class A win in Skowhegan. Gage Kennedy added a goal and an assist while Jamie Schenck scored a goal and Zack Veayo added an assist. Zach Jackson made two saves for Mt. Blue  (1-2-0) while Sam Wheeler made five for Skowhegan (0-3-0).

Buckfield 4, Valley 3: Garrett Hamann scored three goals, including the game-winner, to lead the host Bucks to the East/West Confernce win. Jared Eastman added a goal for the winners while Stone Ellis scored three for the Cavaliers. Calvin Downey made 16 saves for Buckfield (2-2-0) while Andrew Tremblay had 16 for Valley (1-2-0).

Field hockey

Mt. View 4, Erskine 0: Kersey Boulay had a pair of goals to lead the Mustangs past the Eagles in Thorndike.

Anna Tsomides added a goal and an assist, and Larissa Hannan assisted on two goals. Brittany Masessa also scored for the Mustangs (3-2). Abbie Charrier made one save.

Lexi Soucy had 21 saves for Erskine (0-4).
