CHINA — The Sebasticook Regional Land Trust will hold a Farm and Habitat Tour at 9 a.m. Sept. 15.
Bicyclists will travel a 25- or 30-mile loop around China Lake. Tour stops include Three Level Farm, Davidson Preserve, Meadow Brook Farm and the forest behind China Primary School.
Instead of riding a bicycle, participants can opt to participate via a guided paddle in and around the China Lake wetlands.
The ride starts and ends at the parking lot next to The Landing restaurant at the corner of Lakeview Drive (Route 202) and Causeway Road.
Registration will begin at 8 a.m. the day of the event. The cost is $10 per person or $20 per family. Proceeds benefit conservation efforts in the Sebasticook River watershed.
