All I could think about after reading about Mark Bechard, the nun killer, being allowed to live in a group home in the community is how messed up the entire system is.
Schizo-affective? How about plain old psychotic, which is a personality disorder, not a disease of the mind.
He massacred women who devoted their lives to peace, yet is allowed to enjoy jazz on Sundays. Wow.
