It is surprising that so many people do not consider our national debt as our country’s No. 1 problem.

These are the people who are going to have to pay the debt not the government. While we send billions to China in foreign aid, we are getting billions in loans, in part so we can pay interest on the money we borrowed.

Under Barack Obama, we have put our children another $5 trillion in debt. Our children and grandchildren are going to have to pay.

Imagine borrowing 40 percent more than you make each week. How long would that last? Doctors are refusing patients on Medicare at a surprising rate, while Obama cuts their funding. He has robbed the system of almost a billion dollars and put it into Obamacare.

Do we want the government to take complete control of our lives? Socialism is on its way and a large part of the country doesn’t seem to care.

China soon will become the most powerful nation in world; while we cut our military, it expands its military. Our children had better start learning Chinese, because they will need it if we keep on the way we’re going now.

It’s time to stop borrowing and spending our kids’ money.
