I want to show my support for Penny Plourde, the Democratic candidate for state Senate District 24, Augusta, China, Oakland, Sidney and Vassalboro.
I have known Plourde for more than 20 years. She is a kind and compassionate person who is always willing to help others with kind words of support or a helping hand.
Plourde has been a strong and positive role model to myself and my children, teaching us that honesty, hard work, loyalty and determination will take us far in life. I believe she would be a strong voice and is the best choice for District 24.
