THURSDAY
At 1:17 a.m., Jeffrey J. Glantz, 46, of Windham, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop on Memorial Drive. A 32-year-old Gray man was issued a summons charging him with operating after suspension.

At 10:21 p.m., Reginald Nelson Legassey, 56, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and violating conditions of release by police responding to a complaint on Middle Street.
