I urge the voters of Kennebec and Somerset counties to vote for Maeghan Maloney, Democratic candidate for district attorney.
In the time I have known her, I have seen a combination of intelligence, compassion and experience that is rare in anyone — especially in the legal profession.
In her 15 years of legal experience, she has shown understanding of the law and the people who sometimes are caught up in the legal system.
As a native Mainer who graduated from Swarthmore College and Harvard Law School, Maloney has had a successful legal career and she chose to return to Maine and contribute her time and talent to helping the people of this state.
We should reward her intelligence, her compassion and her dedication by electing her to the office of district attorney for Kennebec and Somerset counties.
