WISCASSET — New owners Richard and Vanessa Jordan announced late Monday night they will host a their first event at Wiscasset Speedway on Saturday, Oct. 20.

Wiscasset will host Fall Fury “in dedication to everyon who supported Save Wiscasset Speedway,” according to a press release. The even will feature races in the following classes: mini-stock, V8’s, Late Model, four cylinder enduros with roll cage and four cylinder enduros without roll cages. There will also be a Wicked Good Vintage Racing and NELCAR Legends race.

The pit gate will open at 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 and the main gate will open at 8 a.m. A $5 donation per person will be accepted at the gate. 

The Jordans bought the property for $130,000 on July 12 at auction.

There will be a practice sesssion on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
