AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

* Kathleen Anderson, 57, of Pittsfield, unauthorized use of property June 8 in Benton; $500 fine.

* Emily M. Crocker, 21, of Augusta, terrorizing and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 12, 2010, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, one-year administrative release.

* Daniel D. Dubois, 36, of Jackman and formerly of Winthrop, unlawful possession of drugs July 20 in Winthrop; 180-day jail sentence, all but three days suspended (credit for time served), one-year administrative release, $750 fine.

* Bridget D. James, 46, of West Gardiner, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, Jan. 20, 2011, in Gardiner; $800 fine.

* Rodney A. Meader, 64, of Fairfield, theft by misapplication of property between Nov. 1, 2008, and April 27, 2009, in Waterville; $1,000 fine.

* Sean K. Michael 22, of Andover, N.J., operating under the influence April 13 in Waterville, 48-hour jail sentence, to be served at Pine Tree Camp, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

* Kimberly Ricciardelli, 30, of Waterville, operating under the influence July 1, 2011, in Winslow; $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Kenneth A. Tyler, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence and aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation Feb. 28, 2009, in Gardiner, and operating after revocation July 25, 2008 in Richmond; and operating after revocation; six-month jail sentence, $3,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.
