PITTSFIELD — Russ Copelin will perform at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday at Maine Central Institute’s Parks Gym. Copelin will lead classroom workshops for MCI music students following the performance.
Copelin, a 2001 MCI graduate, and 2005 University of Maine at Farmington graduate, started his career in New England as a professional entertainer in 2005 and has been playing since. After three published albums with the Sween Machine record label, one independent release, and several tours back and forth across the continent with East coast bands, Copelin moved to the interior of sub-arctic Alaska.
