I live in District 57 in Augusta and am supporting Matthew Pouliot, Republican candidate for the state House of Representatives.
Few would disagree downtown Augusta has been long overdue in its need of new investment, something past elected officials have not been able to accomplish.
As a member of the Augusta Downtown Alliance, Pouliot brought new energy and skills in helping to create $2.5 million in new, private investment and 25 new jobs.
As vice chairman of the Augusta Planning Board, Pouliot has brought his experience as the owner of real estate management and investment firm. He understands the concepts of budgeting, balancing budgets and the importance of private investment in our state.
Pouliot is a member of the Augusta Good Government Committee and helps those less fortunate by serving on the board of the Rotary Club of Augusta.
