I’ve had the pleasure of associating with Dr. Ann Dorney for more than 30 years, as a fellow physician at our local hospital. I’ve seen the depth of her caring for our shared patients, who suffer from all manner of medical and social ills.

In hospital committee matters, Dorney defines and deals with complex issues with intelligence and fairness, always toward the goal of improving hospital systems and patient outcomes. She, like all physicians, has long experience in coping with the demands of state, federal and private health organizations.

Now that she is the Democratic candidate for House District 86, Dorney can apply these same skills toward the general betterment of all her constituents through the legislative process, while continuing her skillful medical care.

Dorney has much to offer us in Augusta and deserves our support.

I hope others will join me in voting for her in November.
