AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced recently in separate hearings held in Kennebec County Superior Court.

* David Alvarez, 27, of Waterville, illegal possession of a firearm April 17 in China; one-year prison sentence.

* Jennifer L. Barry, 36, of Waterville, operating under the influence June 7 in Waterville; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

* Christopher Bell, 27, of Hallowell, failure to comply with sex offender registration act Jan. 30, two-year prison sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation.

* Scott Bickford, 36, of Waterville, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and criminal conspiracy, both Oct. 11, 2011; five-year prison sentence, all but two years’ suspended, two years’ probation.

* William A. Black, 43, of Manchester, domestic violence assault July 6 in Manchester, 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, two years’ probation.

* Rayno M. Boivin, 31, of Waterville operating while license suspended or revoked May 7 in Waterville; $1,000 fine.

* Jared Bouchard, 30, of Waterville, aggravated marijuana cultivation Nov. 17, 2011; $400 fine, five-year prison sentence, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation.

* Hugh M. Bourgoin, 26 of Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 13 in Winthrop; $500 fine, $800 restitution.

* Michael D. Buck, 29, of Augusta, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and aggravated criminal mischief Sept. 1, 2011, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 6, 2011, all in Waterville, and forgery March 5 in Augusta; four-year prison sentence, all but nine months and one day suspended, three years’ probation, $28,100 restitution.

* Michael Chase, 42, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct, fighting Oct. 2 in Gardiner; $500 fine.

* Casey Clark, 21, of Fairfield, operating under the influence Feb. 21 in Waterville; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Joel R. Cloutier, 23, of Mount Vernon, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release July 25 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine.

* Heather J. Coolidge, 25, of Waterville, criminal trespass April 11 and disorderly conduct, fighting, April 15 both in Augusta, and assault March 18 in Waterville; 30-day jail sentence, $300 fine.

* Timothy J. Ezell, 19, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized use of property on Sept. 20, 2011 and Sept. 30, 2011, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 20, 2011, all in Clinton; four-year prison sentence, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation, $500 restitution.

* Marvin K. Farrin, 46, of Bristol, elver harvesting during closed season May 6 in Gardiner; $300 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

* Robert Fortier II, 23, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 10, 2010, in Winslow, $323 restitution.

* Tammy L. Fotter, 48, of Rome, operating under the influence July 2 in Oakland; $750 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

* Hasani Francis, 22, of Waterville, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property May 25 in Waterville; $400 fine, 10-month prison sentence.

* Gary W. Hall Jr., 27, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 1, 2010; $1,000 fine, $5,000 restitution.

* Gregory R. Hanson, 21, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 16 in Clinton; $500 fine, $280 restitution.

* Judy Harris, 45, of Phillips, misuse of identification Jan. 11, 2011, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release.

* Edward Hazard, 44, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise March 12 in Augusta; $250 fine.

* Dustin A. Johnston, 26, of Jefferson, operating under the influence March 30 in Augusta, three-year prison sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two-years’ probation, six-year license and registration suspension.

* John L. Lever, 26, of Malden, Mass., loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle Oct. 9, 2011, in Waterville, $200 fine.

* Juan Maldonado, 37, of Gardiner, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 25 and June 27 in Gardiner; five-year prison sentence.

* Aiden S. Meister, 24, of Winthrop, operating under the influence June 30 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

* Kathryn Ann Lois Rice, 31, of Fairfield, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures March 10, 2010, in Waterville; $150 fine.

* Lorraine Santerre, 51, of Waterville, false public alarm or report April 22 in Waterville; $200 fine.

* Monica Schwab, 51, of Topsham, operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident April 9 and violation of condition of release July 1, all in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence, $900 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

* Donna L. Simpson, 56, of Fairfield, criminal mischief April 13 in Waterville; $200 fine.

* Ryan Lee Smith, 37, of Waterville, assault July 4 in Waterville, and two counts of violating condition of release July 6 and a third count July 13m, all in Augusta; four-year prison sentence, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation.

* Scott Taylor, 24, of Auburn, violating condition of release Aug. 3 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

* Donald J. Veilleux, 29, of Waterville, burglary, violating condition of release, illegal possession of a firearm, and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all May 5 in Waterville; five-year prison sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation, $1,500 restitution.

* Tasha Wallace, 22, of South Gardiner, cultivating marijuana May 5, 2011, in Augusta; $400 fine.
