I want to encourage people to meet my friend, Corey Wilson, before Election Day.
Corey, a Republican, is running to serve District 56 in the Maine House of Representatives. He is a motivated man who has a passion for serving his community.
Since returning to Augusta after a tour of duty in Iraq, Corey has become a member of the Augusta Downtown Alliance and a Youth mentor program.
In addition to his enthusiasm for his community, Corey has a knack for bringing divergent interests together and finding common ground. This is the type of trait we need in our state representative.
I urge others to join me in voting to send Corey to the State House.
