I support Patsy Crockett, Democratic candidate for Augusta’s House of Representatives District 57, because she understands the needs of neurologically handicapped people for employment.
In November, my neurologically handicapped sons are being laid off from their jobs at the Cony Hannaford supermarket. They clean the shelves and pull the merchandise forward so short people and the elderly can reach the cans and boxes.
They love their work; one of them cried when they said he couldn’t work anymore. Crockett believes my boys deserve to work.
I urge others to join me and vote for Patsy Crockett.
