I am supporting Colleen Lachowicz, Democratic candidate for Senate District 25, because of her heart.
Lachowicz truly cares for, and is invested in, the needs of the people of Maine. She wants to find a way to ensure that everyone in Maine may live happy, productive and secure lives.
She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the needs of Maine families and children. She wants to do something about the lack of funding, services and supports that are available. Increasingly, Maine families and children are suffering because of budget cuts that directly affect insurance, support benefits and education funding.
Lachowicz has worked with families and providers trying to meet needs and acquire services.
As a professional, and as a parent, I have had the privilege to witness her wonderful, caring, knowledgeable work. I know she would help brighten Maine’s future and ask everyone to support her in bringing us a new day.
