My husband is David Alexander, a write-in candidate for representative of Augusta’s House District 56.
At times in life, he has been in both political parties. He is strongly principled, independent and, above all, honest. Those qualities compelled him to become an independent and run for office.
David is better prepared for this office than both the Democrat and the Republican candidates. People should compare. He has nearly 30 years business experience, an MBA, is an active volunteer in the community and a military veteran.
If he doesn’t knock on some people’s doors during the campaign, it is because he is always busy, either volunteering or helping someone.
Life does not stop for politics. “We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give,” as Winston Churchill said.
I ask residents to please write-in David Alexander for House District 56.
